The Vienna Way Residence by Marmol Radziner Architecture Studio

Designed by Los Angeles based architect Marmol Radziner Architecture Studio, The Vienna Way residence was designed for a young family located on a large, extensively landscaped lot in Venice, CA. Floor to ceiling glazing and outdoor living spaces fully integrate the home within the California native landscape. The Vienna Way Residence reveals 4,100 sq. ft. of pure design mastership. This vienna way residence is the best example for indoor-outdoor living, it manages to maintain privacy from nearby homes, showing only plaster elevations varied with clerestory windows.

The one-story structure to the south houses a great room that combines formal living and dining areas. The structure begins in the front of the property and flows into an outdoor dining patio. A large expanse of glass along the east provides a visual and spatial link to the pool area. The northern structure runs from the back of the property forward, also leading to an outdoor living area, and contains more casual, private spaces, including a family room and an office on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor.

The kitchen acts as the hub of the residence, connecting the public and private areas and providing views of the pool, side yard and rear property. A pair of outdoor rooms and outdoor fireplaces comes as a natural extension of the indoor spaces and offers the pleasure of eating and relaxing outdoors with the comfort of the indoors.

Well Organized Small Apartment Design With Pretty Pink Touches

This apartment has only 45 square meter of total area but accommodates everything people need to live comfortably. Its interior decor is elegant yet simple. It looks quite modern and thoughtful with pretty pink touches. The living room, dinning room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are full of great decorating solutions for small spaces.

The color theme there is quite neutral and consists grey, silver, white, purple and pink. The apartment is an amazing example of how careful planning could make the interior look great and spacious. Walls are painted in soft grey that helps to boost the brightness of the apartment. The modern coffee table with pretty pink touch adds the stylish of the room. The living room and the bedroom both feature a cozy walnut finished laminate flooring for more natural atmosphere. The kitchen and the bathroom in contrary has floors covered with rustic tiles. The choice of these materials and colors helps to maximize the space without losing in comfort and livability.

I always love idea when people create living room combine with dining room in small apartment design. The living space in this apartment is expanded thanks to uniting it with the kitchen. Even though it’s only small apartment but with well arranged this apartment make an impression of big cozy living space. How inspiring !

Contemporary Arizona Living at The Yerger Residence by Chen Suchart Studio

This contemporary Arizona living is called The Yerger Residence and in case you don’t know Arizona, well it’s located in Phoenix, and if you still don’t know then you can go and check on google map. This contemporary residence comes from Chen + Suchart Studio. The architect developed the eastern side of this contemporary house to bring the loveliest vistas for the owners that they can’t even forget. From outside it’s definitely doesn’t resemble like a family home, in fact it looks like a square building or perhaps a getaway office or something. Like any other contemporary home design, this residence features generous windows to bring sun shine inside and of course not to forget that it also has some amazing interior design elements.

The architects stated that the main living space of the house uses open plan configuration and borrows Camelback Mountain and brings it into this space. The relationship of the vista and the house the maintained using slide sliding glass doors to give a clear view. This house features two guest bedrooms, a pool, a view, open floor concept, bathroom and closet spaces along the west elevation.

Contemporary Modern Living Space with Soft Neutral Tones by Ligia Casanova

Looking and lurking for an ideal living space design or perhaps you’re about to move into a new house like what Baldy is doing this week? Well, we hope that this living space designed by Ligia Casanova in Lisbon, Portugal can satisfy your hunger for the need of ideal home interior design. The interior was purposely designed for a young family with three teenagers although to me it also suits best for a new couple like Baldy. The interior is designed with little details and mostly white on white giving you a calm and peace senses of relaxation. If you carefully noticed that the interior designer has greatly used a technique called space saving. The use of furniture that has many storages becoming the option on this living spaces as wide as 220 square meter duplex and neutral tones of white and brown carefully chosen to give an ample atmosphere as we figure out that the ceiling isn’t high at this house.

At the living room you will find how the sofa in an L shape can be an automatic space divider but you need to remember that the space you divide must be in a same tonal color or else you will create a catastrophe. The light blue square wall papers found at the kid bedroom interior is fun-tastic as they’re not too childish and the color matches with the whole house. To make the house not bold the designer is selecting a contemporary theme as it’s liven up the house and making it more warm and alive with the art and simple design furniture. We also love the built in wall rack found at this contemporary living space. Overall it’s a nice color, fabrics, and furniture thus gives the comfort and livability found at this house. If you want to find the sort of furniture that might be used in this interior go and check at Ligia Casanova.
