It reminds me of tropical resort when I’m seeing the exterior of Markus beach house. Although it’s contemporary which usually has a trademark of minimalist to create spacious space and space saving idea, well, I didn’t quite catch the sense of minimalist at the exterior and the interior. The contemporary home is located at about 250 meters from Marcus Beach and the architect behind this exotic house is Bark Architects.
The modern beach home is located in Queensland, Australia. The beach home really did some good job where the architect have left no stone unturned to create the right connection between the home exterior to blend well with the environment. This fantastic house main attraction is at its inner court yard. It’s definitely refreshing for the home owners to have this modern home as every window are facing the beach, so you can enjoy the breeze of wind blowing to your face from the sea during night time.
There is no need for artificial ventilation and lighting as the architect has a good use of basic sustainability principles and this way the use of lighting is kept at minimum. Bark Architects house design is truly a getaway home and a veritable place to relax. You will know as you will get a feeling of incredible peace and comfort by the shades near the windows.
