The interior here is designed by Robin Chell Design studio. The main strongest feature of this house is the scenery which is overlooking the Washington Lake and it maximizes the water views and encourages the interplay between the indoor and outdoor with a nice lush and expansive courtyard. The interior is done with decent materials and natural which looks so humble, like the exposed concrete, black steel, sustainable hardwoods and natural stone. Such combination of natural materials, contemporary furniture and modern appliances makes Kim Lavacot home look homey and not cold.
