The L-shaped plan creates an open space allowing for natural ventilation and give residents nice views over the patio onto the entrance, landscaped roofs and further beyond. The lush landscaped rooftop plants surrounding the house and the effect of nature is evident which can be found in all parts of the house thus makes it ideal place to be called for modern green tropical home design. The gardens and swimming pool surrounds at the two sides of this modern tropical house.
