A Beautiful Seafarer Residence by Jared Poole in Surfers Paradise

Surfers Paradise is a large commercial centre set on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Huge skyscrapers tower above the wonderful beaches, and make up part of the lively and modern town. There are plenty of wonderful shopping arcades around Surfers Paradise, as well as a fantastic nightlife and some fun attractions. Well known with their beautiful beach called Surfers Paradise Beach. Start from this awesome location, well known Australian designer name Jared Poole has created a beautiful huge modern residence-Seafarer Residence which has 1390 m2 site area. Located in prestigious area, the plans have some good intentions of composition and integration.

The designer realized that he created a house with beautiful scenery of beach so he build this house in 3 level to catch much better view of the ocean. The site tapers out from a street frontage of 10m, to a water frontage of almost 60m capturing views from the hinterland to the ocean, this delivered opportunities from most off the house to provide an outlook, whilst maintaining privacy from neighbours, influencing the planning of the house.

By these photo below (by photographer Scott Burrows from Aperture Architectural Photography) you will see that the residence has strongly expressed lines. A balanced application of horizontal and vertical elements complement the use of framed elements to provide relief to the visual bulk of the building. For the sake of word “artistic” a true designer will not be affected because of the weight, weird design, or useless design or any perceptions which are able to arise to surface as a mean of appreciation from the cynical those who don’t know the value of subjective artistic from a designer. Many works at first being discredited but at the end they become a whole great work and well known world wide.

This is what I want to say on Colander Table from a bold designer originally coming from German – Daniel Rohr. Colander table is one great wide known work, it’s a master piece. Since it’s a world master piece and state of the art work it’s produced with just 10 tables. Want to know how this table created? For those who doesn’t care for the value of art you will be surprised that the weight reached 408 kg or surprised with 909 holes made (For the cynical, what for?) What’s important for me who has a little aesthetic value, I can see that this table is completely different. Original, pretty, modern and stylish. Absolutely cannot be compared like the commercial table found on the market. This table is completely great for anything. A dining table or a working desk both are just suitable. Daniel is a genius.
