Besides having a highly-secured panic room with reinforced glass and surveillance cameras, the swanky house has other hi-tech facilities such as cinema screens which emerge from walls at the touch of a button, and numerous walk-in wardrobes and dressing rooms.

Those are not all to complete your exciting journey being an architect, the toughest challenge is not to just design and build which is already hard enough, it’s how to make the home design not boring, and sustainable especially in a harsh weather country like Australia where temperatures can be extremely hot. So we will show you the work of Judd Lysenko, a work of an architect which has successfully build not just a modern home design but also making it a fun house design project.

Make it tight. Add all of the green stuff too, please. And, we want it beachy. Maybe like a boat? And it better be fun. Serious fun.Hmn. How about spotted gum? Or even better, spotty gum…” This house is completed with a nice natural ventilation to keep fresh air running, solar panels to save energy and keep the whole house electrical needs running and wide windows so that the sun shine can come in.
