Luxury penthouse located in Monaco has a great price, probably the most expensive in the world, worth about $ 350 million, wow! The buyer was by an unnamed Middle Eastern investor, thought to be an Arab sheikh. This home was designed by London based firm Candy and Candy who have been taking the design world by storm. This 2 story penthouse, which is located in Monaco, includes a full height library, infinity pool, secure panic room with surveillance cameras, cinema rooms and every other conceivable symbol of luxury (not to mention stunning views of the Mediterranean). Besides having a highly-secured panic room with reinforced glass and surveillance cameras, the swanky house has other hi-tech facilities such as cinema screens which emerge from walls at the touch of a button, and numerous walk-in wardrobes and dressing rooms.

Modern House Design Inspired by Ship Sails

This modern house design is inspired by ship sails , is located in Sydney, Australia. The creative team behind this amazing concrete house is Tony Owen Partners, architects of Australia. Equipped with a swimming pool with mosaic wall tiles, make this house is really like a sailing boat which rests on the edge of the sea. Curved screen in this house made of concrete painted white which is the hallmark of this home. Like windblown sails, these massive white walls give the house a light, airy, in-motion effect. A multi-level layout progressively steps up from the ground floor, each level connected by a central staircase that commands the attention of everyone in the room. Expansive glazing floods interiors with bright natural light. In the interior, is equally modern, part furnished with natural stone wall laid out very beautiful. Being an architect isn’t as easy as it looks. You get a lot of complains sometimes and of course you need to fit in to the owner’s taste. Those are not all to complete your exciting journey being an architect, the toughest challenge is not to just design and build which is already hard enough, it’s how to make the home design not boring, and sustainable especially in a harsh weather country like Australia where temperatures can be extremely hot. So we will show you the work of Judd Lysenko, a work of an architect which has successfully build not just a modern home design but also making it a fun house design project.

Here’s a brief of the project on Ormond Esplanade residence located in Melbourne by Judd Lysenko Marshall Architects; “No, they said. Make it Saint Kilda.And, make it light. Make it bright. Make it tight. Add all of the green stuff too, please. And, we want it beachy. Maybe like a boat? And it better be fun. Serious fun.Hmn. How about spotted gum? Or even better, spotty gum…” This house is completed with a nice natural ventilation to keep fresh air running, solar panels to save energy and keep the whole house electrical needs running and wide windows so that the sun shine can come in.

Stylish Classical Italian Furniture Collection – White Titania by Bastex

Founded in 1987 and has developed over a large industrial structure, which houses all the different production phases; from designing to cutting and sewing, from stuffing to assembling and packing, Italian company Bastex has presented their latest furniture collection called White Titania. As many other Bastex’s collections that are always durable but original and innovative, White Titania really shows their passion. The collection is so unique. It is designed in classical style but with cool curved decorations.

White Titania consists of many furniture pieces such as a sofa, bed, sideboard, coffee table, dinner table and chairs. They are so amazing, especially the bed. It can really blow your mind off. You should try it! The bed is made of the ash-tree briar structure features stainless columns which are hosting inside lampshades. It is made of more than 1000 crystal drops. It looks so cool.
