Living Your Life To The Max In La Finca Luxurious House by A-Cero

It has always been a magnificent experience to see the architectural design from A-cero architecture studio especially to see this house which was just finished recently in “La Finca” estate in the town Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). The house modern design is based on impossible angles, where it’s always the specialization of A-cero architecture. The home façade is made of travertine marble combine in dark grey granite this is including the vertical plane of the main façade.

The Spanish architecture firm has chosen white as the main color of the house exterior as well as in interior and for always floor to ceiling windows is quite the trend in modern contemporary homes to match with the open floor plan concept brought towards its interior. This is done to give a nice fluidity and sun soaking light passing through the house. Hose plot has a rectangular shape and occupies 4.500 m ². It can be accessed directly from a private road from the north and through the south area you will meet with garden which has was plan earlier to meet the urban development green spaces.

The contemporary Spanish house is actually a two storey building. The ground floor and basement are perfectly adapted to suite the slope where the house takes place. On the entrance, you will find a hall communicating with the ample wide lounge and a dining room. Towards the back façade the lounge and dining room stays overturn. Over the exterior area is where you will find the barbecue and an outdoor bar which is just next over the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. On the upper level will include the kitchen, cleaning room and a living room, two bedrooms and two baths where all have independent exterior access.

Further along in towards the journey inside this house you will find more rooms including three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, games room, a gym (without your personal fitness instructor), a cinema rooms, wine vault, the facilities quarters and the garage. All furniture inside are designed by the Spanish architecture company and you can’t have anything better than this at your very own private contemporary house. A real luxury and healthy home design although we might also suggest that it should also be low energy housing consumption.
