The beautiful landscape around this house makes this house suitable to be used as a vacation house. A lot of tropical vegetations, mountain view from the backside of the house, and the sea view from the front side offer a great vacation experiences for the user. With a unique wavy roof and a pool at the front side, all of these, combined with the environmental conditions create a beautiful luxurious “garden”.

Not only the view, this house is designed to have several sustainable features. By the features, this house is designed to be energy efficient and can create good impacts for the environment. This site is built from sustainable, natural organic materials. For the foundation, local volcanic rocks are used. Some local materials are also used, such as timbers, water, etc.

The wavy roof is designed to maximize the natural ventilation and to act as rainwater collector. The rainwater is used to fulfill the grey water needs and reuse. To fulfill the needs of energy, they use solar power as energy resources. Some electric vehicles will be also available.
