Oscar Shamamian collaboration with interior designer Michael S Smith. to design a villa with a modern architectural design. Villa was also built with a stunning pool terrace with an arch of steel that grabbed the top and down the hill, a grid with cable network that supports the screen for shade and privacy and to encourage plant growth. Villa situated on a steep site overlooking the Mediterranean. A glass elevator connecting the levels down into the bedroom and onto the roof and terrace swimming pool. Natural beauty of the sea can be enjoyed from inside the house or while relaxing on the terrace.
